About the program

We are nerds to the "process". The beauty of going back to the basics with this type of program is that it can be good for relative beginners, but it's even more effective for intermediate and experienced lifters because it helps to have some experience with the compound Oly lifts.
Never get bored doing the same workout again.

The intent of this program is to help you improve your overall fitness. It is a simple 5 day split with one active rest day and one total rest day. It is built on rotating the 4 main Oly lifts + Bench and thus the muscle groups and the training modalities. Every single body part gets worked every week, but in a different way by changing up the rep range, weight threshold, and rest time. This program is the complete package. The main lifts are based off of 1 Rep Max (1RM) percentages, taking away alot of the guesswork. Instead of saying, I'm going to do a power lifting program for the next few weeks, then maybe I should work on my form for awhile, or maybe I should work on my cardiovascular endurance. This program does all those things on a systematic basis. We wanted a comprehensive, long term plan that people can actually follow and stick with from Volume to Volume. The program can be adapted to meet specific injury issues with alternative accessory exercises. It is geared toward simply being the best ATHLETE you can be.

  • POWER

    Using low reps, higher weight this training modality is geared toward strength gains to pick things up and put them down.

  • REPETITON

    Using high repetition at moderate weight can stimulate the muscles to fatigue. This modality is all about training past your comfort zone.

  • SPEED

    Using short rest periods and the principles of dynamic effort, this training modality teaches us to be explosive.

  • FORM

    Using negatives and eccentric loading, this modality takes time under tension to another level.
